I am Lilian, the owner of With Personality.
Rather than open the way most people do, I would like to speak plainly about where we are different.

In life, and in my time in this industry, I have found that quality of care is shaped by how well a carer understands people, and that the best outcomes come from the strength of the relationship behind them. Psychologists know this, and so do many other people-centred professions.

I have also come to believe something else, and it sits underneath everything we do. Our environment shapes how much of ourselves we can reach.

Relationships are one of the largest parts of that environment. How safe we feel with someone decides how much of ourselves we are willing to show.

I thought about the people I love, and the care I would want for them one day, and I built the company around that: care delivered by genuinely present, emotionally skilled people. I hire for attitude and train the rest.

Our people are supported to keep growing, in emotional intelligence, and in skills that turn into real connection. We look after them the way we would want them to look after you, because people who feel valued show up differently.
